Known limitations for Alanoud official e-commerce:
Alternative text for image banners (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content): Some banners on the homepage may not have comprehensive alternative text. We are implementing improvements in our content production process. Contact accessibility@alanoud.com if you encounter an issue.
Header elements with the same ID attribute (WCAG 4.1.1 Parsing): Menu entries and service bar buttons in the header may share the same ID due to separate HTML structures for mobile and desktop. This issue is planned to be fixed. Contact accessibility@alanoud.com if you encounter an issue.
Links in header and footer may lack comprehensible ARIA labels (WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose in Context, 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value): Some links may not be understandable using screen readers because ARIA labels are missing or insufficient. We are reviewing and updating these labels. Contact accessibility@alanoud.com if you encounter an issue.
