TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALTERATIONS, RETURNS, AND QUALITY CLAIMS FOR RETAIL POINTS OF SALE

The following policy applies exclusively to products purchased in Alanoud Directly Operated Stores.

RETURN POLICY IN DIRECTLY OPERATED STORES

You may return any product purchased by you, or received as a gift, in any Alanoud store of your choice (Store Locator) in the country of purchase. Each item can be returned once only.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returning products in-store is free and can be done in two easy steps:

  1. Bring the products in perfect condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached, in their original packaging, along with the receipt received at the time of purchase, to any Alanoud store.

  2. A store representative will inspect the products to ensure they meet the above standards. If the products comply, the return will be accepted, and the representative will explain the available return options.

Products that appear worn or used, are missing labels or tags, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or are suspected to be fraudulent, cannot be accepted for return.

QUALITY CLAIM POLICY

You have the right to return products for quality issues within the limits set forth by law and these Terms and Conditions, provided you have the original receipt. This applies both to items purchased by you and items received as gifts.

Alanoud guarantees a 2-year warranty on all faulty or defective products.

Returned products for quality issues will be examined, and an assessment will be provided.

If the returned products are not defective, have been damaged due to misuse, or are returned after the specified timeframe, you will not be entitled to a return.

ALTERATION POLICY

A. Definition of Alteration
The Alteration service offers size adjustments to customers, such as hemming pants, taking in a waist, or shortening jacket sleeves.

Adjustments that modify the original product design (e.g., changing sleeve length to three-quarter, altering a neckline) do not qualify as alterations. Similarly, product personalization, customization, or repair are not considered alterations.

B. Requesting an Alteration
You may bring any purchased items to an Alanoud Directly Operated Store for basic alterations. Alterations are provided free of charge within six (6) months of purchase. Please provide the original receipt along with the item to be altered.

The timing of alterations depends on the service requested, number of items, and store staff availability.
